They are pretty fast and reliable. The plumber was able to get things fixed very well. The service is really good. Pricing wise it is on much higher side. They charge based on the task. So in 2 hours 3-4 tasks and all charged individually. That makes the cost much higher.
The technician who came was super knowledgeable, personable, and did a great job. She got the job done well and quick and I would recommend her to any of my friends! Service: Sewer cleaning
Had a floor drain backing up in the basement. My usual guy was unresponsive so I decided to try these guys. Initial call was with Tina. It’s worth the money just to talk to her. She’s a riot!! John was the tech that came out. He explained everything and why the previous drain service may not have been effective. Let me watch the camera as he worked through the pipes and showed me what he was jetting out along the way. Excellent service!!! I highly recommend John and DrainMaster. Service: Drain cleaning
