Favret Heating & Cooling

Favret has been servicing the HVAC in this house since I bought it 7 years ago and for at least 20 years before that with the previous owner. Yesterday the AC stopped cooling. This morning I called them and they had their technician, Charles here by noon. He has experience with my system and had it fixed within an hour! I have added Favret to my speed dial!

I have always used Favret for my heating and cooling needs. They have excellent service and knowledgeable technicians. Recently, I had a major repair done by Seth D'Andrea and I am very satisfied with the outcome. He was timely, professional, and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and even showed me pictures ahead of time, as well as showing me the old part and the damage that had occurred which led to the replacement. I appreciate the time it took to do the job correctly and proficiently. I would always give five stars to Favret because of this. Additionally, the lady who calls and handles the service is a joy to work with. Excellent experience all around!
