Reggie came out immediately to diagnose our water heater and unfortunately it had seen better days. We needed a new one and the next day he went and got it from Lowe’s himself, brought it to us, installed it, and disposed of the old one. He even gave us a couple different discounts! Reggie was very professional and easy to talk to. It can be awkward when a stranger is working on something in your home, but Reggie made us feel like we already knew him. We experienced a blockage of a kitchen drain, so began to call plumbers for assistance. Most plumbing businesses were giving us a 4-6 day wait list. Roto-Rooter said they would be out the next day, between 10am and 2pm on Saturday. At 11:30, we received a call that the plumber was running behind. By 5:30pm, we received no further word, so I called their office. I was told we were not forgotten. Nothing the rest of the night. Sunday morning, I called them at 9:30am to see what was going on. I was passed to several different people before hearing that we were again on the schedule between 10 & 2. At Noon, I received a call that the plumber was again running behind. He showed up at 4pm and got right to work. He was very nice, polite and answered all the questions I had. He even provided tips to avoid drain issues in the future. Then came the bill, which was $440. Definitely not pleased by the wait time, the lack of communication and a stiff bill. At no time did we argue or rais
