I called to get a diagnosis on an electrical issue I was having with the home I recently purchased. Right away I had a friendly and informative conversation with the woman who answered the phone and she made me an appointment quick and easy. The technician Jonathan came by and was quickly able to find my issue and give me multiple options to fix it. Jonathan was very polite and knowledgeable. He also recommended my panel be replaced as it was around 30-60 years old. This being a costly repair he took some time to put together a lot of options that were reasonably priced and he was not pushy with his pitch at all. I was not able to get the panel at this time having so many other projects going with the new home but I had a great experience with this business and will recommend them to everyone. First, Autumn was outstanding and a pleasure to speak to. She was able to get someone to come out same day so I wouldn't miss March Madness. Eddie came out to take a look and was quick, courteous and able to fix the issue quickly and made some recommendations. They were both great and I appreciate them both. Highly recommend them both. Apex was out 2 days prior and completed the same service but they never opened the coil inside nor out. The photos below are from when Brandon first opened my unit. My ac is now running better and cutting on and off much less than it did prior to his arrival.
