I signed a contract for a new roof and windows (14 windows and a sliding glass door) in May 2022. The roof was completed in June, and other than them not doing any cleanup (leaving over 200 nails, I counted them) in my yard, it was ok. Starting in August 2022 when my windows were installed is where the trouble started.... 1.) The guys who installed my windows didn't use any j-channel, so they caulked the windows directly on to my vinyl siding. It looked awful. When I went to view their work I was shocked and had to call Weatherseal to have someone come out and fix it. (see attached pictures). 2.) Weatherseal agreed that it was horrible and came out to fix them by putting in the j-channel. When this was done, they sent out the same guys again and they did another pathetic job. (see 2nd attempt pictures) 3.) After this, I demanded that someone else come out and fix the problem. It took 3 more attempts for them to get it done right. These folks are really good. I found their crews to be professional and extremely careful and hard working when completing their work. Also getting a permit was a nightmare that was not on the company and the job they did was excellent. I got my garage roof replaced looked better then it did before, my deck fixed and it’s safe and looks great, and a new fence which is really nice. If I need any more work done on my house that they do they will have the business.
