AlphaOne Exteriors

I wish I could leave a review of our experience with Alpha One Exteriors, but we'll never reach that point. The two reps who came to see our home were very prompt and professional, but we went almost 3 weeks without any follow up. I called and contacted the gentleman who'd visited, and followed up with multiple text messages. I had to call again to get a response, and that time he finally sent a quote -- but only partially, missing major portions of what we'd requested. I have followed up two more times through text messages and have had no further response. I've never had a company work this hard to NOT get my money, but if they don't want it, I'm happy to oblige. It looks like other reviewers have had good experiences, so I guess I just fell through the cracks.

Tearoff of old roof including wood shake. New roof including decking installed. Also metal trim installation on gables. Since the house was built in 1915 some issues arose which they dealt with well. I found Jason, my initial contact to be honest and straight forward unlike the rep from a national roofer. He was helpful and patient with my many questions. I found Jarrod to also be helpful, patient and responsive. The crew did a great job of cleanup. There has been a lot of rain since the roof installation with no leaks. Service: Roof installation

We had hail and wind damage to our roof and needed a complete replacement. Our insurance agent recommended we contact AlphaOne Exteriors for an inspection and we’re very happy that was where he directed us. AlphaOne Exteriors owners/employees were all very professional, easy to work with and did exceptional work. They were prompt and cleaned up the area before leaving. We especially liked the way they carry out their inspections. They presented us with pictures taken of our roof with any damage highlighted for us.
