Butler Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new Carrier furnace at our home in 2022 including a humidifier and programmable thermostat. The salesperson gave us comprehensive information including options to help us decide the best system for our needs with no pressure. The installation was done efficiently and with good quality. The installers were able to answer all our questions and explain everything very well. They made sure the system performed properly and cleaned up afterward. We have been very pleased with the system performance this past winter. We have also used Butler for routine annual inspections of our furnace and air conditioning.
