Comfort Solutions Heating & Air Conditioning

Prior owner had new until put in 6 years ago when I purchased house with 12 year warranty. Was not told warranty does not continue when house is sold. Does not state on paperwork I have. Not good business practice. Service: HVAC system repair

Comfort Solutions is a class act. While we did not end up replacing our HVAC system through them because we were able to run it through our home warranty, they let us keep the portable air conditioner they loaned us until we could get our air back on. It has been brutally hot, and their kindness is much appreciated!

We have never had a service company of any kind that went as far as they have to solve problems and satisfy their customers. Unfailingly friendly, prompt, and great communication make them stand out. We have always felt we have been treated fairly and honestly: the air-conditioning problems that came with our home when we bought it are in the past! Big thanks to Megan in the office, Tom, and every member that had to spend too much time in our basement. Customers for life!
