Responsiveness and professionalism was excellent. They were responsive when our service was felled during the ice storm. Out the next day to get everything up. Unfortunately the service mast pulled out a month later, but they came out within the hour to make it right, and super secure it (triple the amount of fasteners). I’m not pleased the mast pulled, but I agree it was an exceptionally uncommon circumstance of unknown reason, and I am overwhelmingly impressed on how quickly they came out and made it right. I would hire these guys again.

Called for a estimate got a call back saying they would call me back to schedule the estimate and i never received the call back.

We just had DM Electrical install two new electrical panels in our home (the old ones were the very unsafe Federal Pacific). DM's price was very competitive and their work was excellent. The installers were great and owner Tim was great to work with as always. DM has done a lot of work at a nonprofit's building for me in the past. Again, the they did quality work there at competitive prices. I recommend DM Electrical for anyone's electrical needs.
