Very pleased with the work done by DM Electrical Services, Inc. I had electrical work started pre-COVID and that worker disappeared. Tim came out and inspected the work, assured me they would correct any deficiencies found and shortly after I received the estimate. Mark and Kyle arrived on time, Tim was on-site as well to ensure everyone was on the same page. They did a great job of adding two 240v air compressor / welder circuits, relocating a 240v 3-phase circuit as well as replacing the original electrical panel. They also brought my phase converter wiring up to code and ensured that my new equipment was correctly set up to run on the new 3-phase circuit. Two new grounding rods were placed to ensure proper grounding and compliance with electrical code. They cleaned up all debris and disposed of the old electrical panel for me. Responsiveness and professionalism was excellent. They were responsive when our service was felled during the ice storm. Out the next day to get everything up. Unfortunately the service mast pulled out a month later, but they came out within the hour to make it right, and super secure it (triple the amount of fasteners). I’m not pleased the mast pulled, but I agree it was an exceptionally uncommon circumstance of unknown reason, and I am overwhelmingly impressed on how quickly they came out and made it right. I would hire these guys again.

Called for a estimate got a call back saying they would call me back to schedule the estimate and i never received the call back.
