Good sales staff. Roof was installed in one day and in one week after I signed the contract. Quality looks good from below. Pictures of the roof while on it after it was completed would have been nice. Reached out to sales person because I was concerned the product didn’t look the same as what I was shown in the presentation but didn’t hear back. Voiced same concern to foreman and he assured me it was the same as what I was shown. It would be helpful to actually see each piece separately; maybe carry an actual sample of each style to look at. I might have made a different decision on style if I had seen an actual sample of each. The roofers didn’t clean my back patio off, I had to sweep all of the debris off my concrete patio after they left. Other than that they were friendly and did an efficient job. The Erie crew was phenomenal. The initial quote team were really invested. The roofers did such a great job that they cleaned up my property, SCRUBBED my neighbor's front porch free of dirt from falling shingles, cleaned up 2 other properties where shingles had fallen, and trimmed tree branches away from my shiny new roof.

Everyone we have communicated with has been informative and nice. When we had questions, they had answers. We had one minor item occur during install, and Erie had it resolved quickly. The day of install was quick, and everyone on site was great. They took care to ensure everything was cleaned up. Service: Roof installation
