The Erie crew was phenomenal. The initial quote team were really invested. The roofers did such a great job that they cleaned up my property, SCRUBBED my neighbor's front porch free of dirt from falling shingles, cleaned up 2 other properties where shingles had fallen, and trimmed tree branches away from my shiny new roof.

Starting with the sales representatives, Lance and Josh. They were very knowledgeable about the roofing product, almost to a fault. Five hours later after listening to a lengthy presentation and a physical roof and attic inspection, we were ready to make a well-informed decision to consider and ultimately choose Erie Home to replace our shingles. (All materials except the wood sheeting were replaced). A few days later we were contacted by Pete, installation representative, informing us when the job would begin. Within a week five roofers including Nate the lead installer arrived to replace the shingles. From start to finish they did an awesome job! They took extra precautions to protect the landscape by placing coverings around the perimeter of our property. The areas around the house was removed of all scraps, nails and grit! We met with an inspection specialist. He showed us some damage that was on the roof from some storms. He also showed us that the shingles weren't sticking together. I liked the way he presented himself and the company. We did have Erie Roofing put a new roof on for us. They removed all the old shingles, replaced bad boards and put a complete new roof on. They started the job in a week after we signed a contract. They had the job completed in one day. They worked hard and continued until the job was complete. The workers even cleaned everything up after the job was done. The roof looks great and I have a 30 year guarantee on the shingles. If the roof leaks or shingles blow off or any issues Erie will take care of it for us. I liked the people I worked with. They were very friendly and went out of their way to makes sure we were happy with everything. In todays world there is no more customer service satisfaction but this customer is very satisfied with the job and the workers. Would hav
