Ran a new circuit to range and outlet to range Walt and Kevin were very respectful and efficient.

Major disappointment. Dale Felty, the company owner, was referred to me six weeks ago. Upon inspection of my project I was told 1) that he could get to the job within several weeks and 2) the cost would be $3,000. Four weeks ago I told him the site was ready, but he told me that he was still a couple of weeks out, but would start in another two weeks. Two weeks ago he then said he needed to review the project again. It took another week for him to come back out and review again. He reiterated the $3,000 quote and was to start this Monday. Over the weekend he pushed the start date out to Wednesday. On Wednesday he pushed to Thursday. On Thursday he pushed to Friday (today). Today he and his assistant showed up. We spoke briefly about the project and I let them go on about their business. About 15 minutes later he informs me that the project is "a lot of work" and now (that he's onsite) the cost to do the project will be $4,000. I challenged him as to why the price would change.

Called and spoke with owner Dale Felty three times over 2 weeks to get an estimate for a hot tub hookup and a few other projects. All three times he didn't show and on only the first blow off by him, did he call to inform me that he wouldn't make it. I'm willing to pay for this gig and don't understand why people, owners even, lie to you about coming by for a simple estimate. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate his, so the least he could do is say he wasn't interested instead of leading on a potential client.
