Friendly, very thorough and hard working. We have used his services a few times, always pleased with his work.
Called DPL regarding power surges and low voltage, they said outside was fine and to call electrician. Called Felty electric and he imediately pointed out a ground wire issue on the pole. Called DPL again and explained to them what Dale had found. DPL finally fixed the problem on the pole and now all is well. There is no substitute for experience and Felty electric has many years of experience. Thanks so much.
Ran a new circuit to range and outlet to range Walt and Kevin were very respectful and efficient.
