I had a stopped up kitchen sink. They were able to come out the same day to fix it. A couple of days later, the sink started acting up again so I called Korrect. They sent another plumber out, no questions asked, to try and amend the situation, which they did. It was a really great experience working with them.

I returned home from a trip to find the hot water heater not working. I called Korrect as soon as their phone lines opened the next morning. They quickly worked me into the schedule for a same-day new water heater installation. Plumbers were on time and finished the work within the estimated time. The next morning, I woke up to cold water again! Again, I called Korrect as soon as their lines opened and reported my problem. They immediately dispached a crew to assess and replace the faulty new water heater. It was definitely inconvenient to have to go through two installations, but I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of Korrect plumbing. The dispacher, Josh, was understanding and provided great customer service. I've been using Korrect for years and plan to continue my service with them as they have been the business by which I measure others by.

I mean, what amazing service. I needed them for two separate instances in a short timespan, and they came out quickly and provided immediate results. Not only that, but the tech explained things to me, helped me navigate a warranty, worked to keep costs down, and was extremely personable. Absolutely recommend.
