The only mistake you can make with Korrect is NOT having them in your contact list on your phone! I’ve used their services several times and am always surprised at how responsive they are and how personable their workers are. They answer any and all questions that you may have. Customer service and quality as it should be!
I had a stopped up kitchen sink. They were able to come out the same day to fix it. A couple of days later, the sink started acting up again so I called Korrect. They sent another plumber out, no questions asked, to try and amend the situation, which they did. It was a really great experience working with them.
Their quick and thorough response on a Saturday was essential as we had a main line clogged. The technician was very professional and explained to me what he was finding and how we could help prevent this occurring in the future. I highly recommend Korrect Plumbing.
