Paragon just finished replacing our roof following significant damage from a wind/hail storm. Jonathon was the project manager. He met with us within days after the storm and gave us a free inspection even putting a temporary path on some exposed ridge areas before we selected them as the contractor. He worked seamlessly with our insurance company to make sure all of the estimates were comprehensive and accurate and was made it a point to be onsite when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof to help answer any additional questions. Scheduling our replacement was simply a matter of finding 3 days with no rain. The materials were dropped off the night before, the crew showed up on time each day, worked until dusk, were very courteous and polite and made sure to clean up each evening before leaving.
