The tech who came out was extremely nice, but I had simply called for an estimate. Over $440 for each small drain. No way! That's outrageous. You're clearly paying for a national brand. I won't ever call again. It used to be 79 to 99 dollars for a drain and I understand that prices go up, but that's just insane.
Max and roto- was awesome explained what the issues were and how he was going to fix it in detail...even every step he went through he explained to me why and what he was doing even took time to give me some preventative maintenance tips for my old galvanized pipes my go to company and technician for here on out!!!!
Technician sat on top of clear top washer in order to clear out the drain. Dropped his tool on the drainage hose and left me with a hole in the hose. Which caused a leak underneath the washer and outside of the house. Brought it to the attention of Roto-Rooter management and they jerked me around by sending out two other technicians that did absolutely nothing but listen to me and then complain that they did not get paid for their time for their work order. Tried contacting management again and no reply. Ended up having to purchase a drainage hose from the manufacturer out of my own pocket. Very poor service very poor management. Will never use again.
