Absolutely unprofessional, $98 for them to just basically stop at your house and talk to you about nothing. They brought no tools , than set up another appointment which costed $250 for them to be there 10 minutes to say I need a new outdoor air system because my coils were burnt up. (They could have told me that the first trip that was $98) $350 wasted they probably spent 10 minutes at my house. People from the company call you all day and night long asking questions about nothing that has to do with my central air. I’ve talked to over 20 people from this company the past 7 days. I tried to talk to a manager and the accountant transferred me to a stranger. The call woke her and her kids up so she put my number on Craigslist so people could wake me up so now I have to get a new number. I tell you this was a night mirror I wouldn’t recommend to nobody! FYI if you have dogs they act really weird. I have an old dog and they acted like it would harm someone. Definitely won’t be getting the

Joshua Y. was dispatched and was extremely professional and responsive. My dad who is 96 had low hot water pressure.... Joshua reviewed the job & gave us options then was able to reschedule some work so that he could do the job today for my dad. His solution now provides my dad with much improved hot water pressure so he can shower!!! We appreciate Joshua's work & professionalism and genuine care for his customers!
