We have been customers of Shagovac since 2019. We get our A/C and furnace serviced annually. Today, they installed a new furnace and A/C unit. A/C stopped working overnight earlier this week. Called Shagovac next morning. Receptionist was very pleasant, scheduled service for same day. Ian arrived 1:30, quickly diagnosed problem, installed new fan motor, checked remainder of system, including coolant level. Completed work in about an hour and restored 20+ year old system to like new. Service: A/C system repair
