I have a baseboard heating system. One of the zone valves was leaking. Bryon P. order the part and replaced it as soon as it came it. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. I used Fred's Home Services to install a new furnace last year and and a new A/C this year. They were always on time, professional and completed the jobs without issue. The installer Francisco who installed the new A/C system was patient, kind and answered all of my questions. He also did a great job installing the A/C which works great. I recently had an issue with my 13 year old air conditioner. I had never used Fred's Home Services before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Ed was punctual and did a great job explaining my options. He recommended not to do a repair because it would cost a lot. The air conditioner was working okay, so wait until it totally quits. Then he gave me a price to replace when that happens. Dealing with service companies can sometimes be a nightmare. Not this time. Ed and his company will be my service provider from now on. Great Job Ed!
