Deer Heating and Cooling

I can’t thank Brianna enough for coming out earlier than expected. Our compressor was filthy and she dug right into it. We have not been able to do the job. She also made us aware of our filter being so dirty even though we change it faithfully. Turns out we had and still have one out of two smokers, which cause our filter to become filthy so soon! Brianna even checked her truck for our size filter too! When she was finished, our Air was back on and working great again on our old furnace/ac unit! Good things come in small packages! Thanks again Brianna for all your hard work. Also, Deer was very reasonable too! Different company came and told us they couldn’t do the job. Two men from different ac company!

This company does an awesome job; we got our old house fitted with split units for heating/cooling. They were timely, professional, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. We only had one hiccup with the installation, but they immediately fixed the issue at not extra cost. We are in love with our new system, and it’s so nice not to have window units anymore! I recommend this company to anyone who need heating or cooling installation!

Compressor was not working. Called Deer at 3pm. Tech was on site had diagnosis, replaced the capacitor and had the unit working again by a little after 4pm Was amazed he had the right part for our old unit on the truck and could complete the repair so quickly. Great response, great service. Super happy. Definitely recommend!
