Totally incompetent and maliciously rude. The most unprofessional. On referral I made a call to Lance Roofing regarding some repairs to gutter/siding on my home. Original appointment was rescheduled and moved a day later. Ok, fine. Next day, Gary arrives to my home 50 minutes prior to the appointment. I work from home. My hands were TIED. I asked Gary to come back at 1pm (the prior agreed upon time) and he said 'forget it'. Called office, scheduled Michael next day at 10 am. Michael was no-call, no-show. Do not waste your time with Lance Roofing & Siding Inc.

WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD COSTING US ALMOST $30,000!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CALL THEM! We decided to use Lance roofing for our new home roof inspection. Michel was the sales rep that came out and told us our roof was in EXCELLENT condition as well as the chimney flashing and shingles. Fast forward less than 3 months and our entire roof around our chimney is leaking and caving in and has been for years!!! Called Lance roofing again to have Michael come back to just give me excuses and a poor attitude, call the company to speak to owner about this and asked for a call with him and my boyfriend to discuss work and he never called. Call the company again to get an arrogant Micheal telling us he wasn’t the one who built our chimney and laughing every time my boyfriend tried to speak. Now the owners are involved and came to look at the roof. The owner himself said he would have said the same thing as Michael which is completely insane considering we’ve had 3 other companies come g

They completely destroyed lawn decorations after dragging his ladder across my garden bed, ripping out the decorations which permanently damaged them, and then proceeded to chuck the gutter leaves on the ground. I caught it all on my Ring camera and emailed the company to discuss the issue and they have effectively ignored my attempts at contact. Don't hire these incredibly incompetent, lazy, and pompous people to do work on your property. Because even when they do something wrong they just pretend like you don't exist.
