I had just recently bought a house, which was great, but it was quickly approaching spring time, which meant rain was on its way and the house’s roof had some leaks. I found J&J roofing on Wednesday of a week, called them to have them come out and give me a quote on the job and on Friday of that same week, they came out and completed the entire new roof (I got a new roof on the entire house)! Jake was awesome to work with and the cost was extremely fair! I would highly recommend the company for any roof repairs or putting a new roof on a house! I contacted them about a month ago. My roof had lost some tiles due to storm damage, from day one they gave me through the process of working with my insurance company to get the claim covered. Communication was always fast, accurate, professional. I was already so happy with intangibles, and the business side of things. But the icing on the cake was that they did my whole house and garage in a single day. The men here, extremely hard-working, and effective. After the project was done, the cleanup was immaculate as well. I would venture to say, this is not a secret roofing experience what my best experience with any contractor. I’ve ever worked with. Jake came out to look at my 2 skylights that were leaking and explained that they need out and that he would have his guys fix them and my hot water pipe at the roof. The 2 men that came out were very nice. The guys took my skylights out and cover them up..No more leaks!!! I also had my water tank pipe fixed and when they needed to come inside to make sure the pipe was on right he smelt propane, he asked me to keep my children outside so he can tighten the line that was lose and open my window. They explained everything to me that they were doing. Definitely having them do my roof when I need it completely down.
