Been having a leak around a center chimney for several years. I've had the flashing repaired and/or replaced 4 or 5 times. Last winter melting ice caused a water leak which totally ruined 10 feet of plaster wall on the 2nd floor. I thought I'd just call a roofer, and have it fixed again, but that proved to be very difficult. Ever since Covid happened, I've found that any kind of contractor is nearly impossible to hire to do a project. After some initial difficulties with the Bone Dry main number (kept routing me to somewhere in KY), I finally was able to speak to Jason, and he has continued to update me as to scheduling repairs. Today he sent out Carlos to do the work., and I was impressed with the quality of his work. The job was done very neatly, he cleaned up afterward, and he kept me updated on the progress of his work.
