We hired Mr. Handyman of West Columbus for a whole list of repairs and fixes that needed to be done around the house. Our technician, Darrell, went above and beyond and made sure all the repairs were done to our satisfaction. Scheduling was prompt and easy to work with and they came out multiple times for repairing drywall, fixing leak damage and installing a tub surround and we were more than pleased each time. We experienced some damage to the wall and ceiling above fireplace due to a chimney leak and wanted the wall and ceiling above repaired. We were quoted a price (which later was increased? no biggie) and a tech came out and began demo on the wall which he found was still wet so the project could not be completed at that time. We were told to reschedule the work after the chimney repair and the area was dry. After having the chimney repaired we called to reschedule the work and were given a new date to complete the project. Prior to the new repair date we were called and told the initial tech was no longer with the company so they could not repair it. $700 later and we are stuck this eyesore. Service: Drywall repair

I used this company to fix some rotten wood trim and a gutter problem on my house. The handyman that fixed the items was professional and did a very good job. Finally getting a worker on site was the only hang up and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Rain (not their fault) and worker availability pushed rescheduled appointments out over 2 months from when I first contacted them - but I know 2021 is a recovery year for many businesses trying to get back running smoothly so that is most likely an exception.
