Gault Heating & Cooling

Had them come out to see why my ac wouldn’t come on they sent a service boy out and after an hour he couldn’t fix the problem he said I would need a new board installed the board would cost 450.00 plus installation. Called another company the man found the problem in 15 minutes it was a 30.00 part. So if Gault would have installed a 450.00 board plus there labor an it wasn’t the problem then what. Do they just change parts till they find the problem? All good reviews this company gets must be from friends and relatives. Service: HVAC system repair

Not happy at all with service. Gault installed new heating and air conditioning unit last October. Last week was first time running air conditioning unit and the unit only cools the house to 73 degrees. This after running unit for 6-8 hours a day. Have had 2 service calls. First service person states they did fix some issues but temperature still did not go down below 73. Second service person stated everything looks fine. Still not cooling below 73. In the meantime, I'm just wasting electricity! NOT GOOD!

We got our new AC unit installed Thursday right before the hottest day of the year. Thank you!!!
