Josh reached out to me to start the process and I got a free quote on my roof from Jeff (which was the best of 4 quotes I had received.) They walked me through the process of filing the claim through my insurance due to some storm damages. He worked with me and my insurance directly giving probably the best customer service I have received in a long time & then once all was approved my roof was scheduled super quick & done in one day!! Josh's team came out within hours of our roof being damaged by high winds. He answered all of our questions, and helped make sure the insurance company estimators were fully aware of the situation to ensure propoer coverage.
