Chris and his crew did a great job reinstalling our electric wiring from pole to house. It had loosened up at the house. He repositioned it in a more secure spot. Armed with nothing more than a screwdriver, Chris and his crew did a thorough whole-house electrical inspection prior to submitting Hometown's estimate for the multiple items of electrical work we wanted done. In the process of the inspection, several minor electrical issues were addressed on the spot at no charge. The estimate provided was itemized and included electrical problems we were not aware of. A final out of pocket price was quoted with no "diagnostic fees". We chose to address primarily the issues that were on our bucket list and declined the remainder. We received a revised estimate that was reasonable. Chris and crew showed up promptly and were professional, knowledgable, efficient and courteous. They helped us with setting up the software for the security system we wanted to install and verified that it was working properly. We were very pleased with the service provided and would use Hometown Electrical Doctor again.
