Reliable Basement and Drain

I had service set up to clean bathroom sink drains. The employee shows up first thing in the morning on the requested date with an attitude. He proceeds to examine what I called them out for and he can't find any issues. He tells me that I can snake the drain myself for $30. Well, the service call is $153.00 and the job would've been $198.00. I might as well get the drain cleaned at this point. Well, the employee cashed me out and refused to clean the drains because he cashed me out for the service call. I call the office right away and confirm to pay the difference for the service. The office approves this but as soon as I hang up with the woman at the office, the employee begins to get frustrated and starts complaining how he's "new" to the company and goes on being frustrated. At this point, I'm not comfortable having this person in my house or completing the job I called them for. It shouldn't have been a big deal but its obvious that employee did not want to be there. I would give Reliable a 10 out of 5 if possible. The professional team was responsive and so respectful of our property both inside and out. They prioritized the repair as the main was completely blocked due to a botched installation of another contractor years ago. Our family is in the midst of a medical crisis with a new born and Reliable showed so much compassion toward our family. I can’t say enough about this company and its employees.
