They came out and installed a sump pump for me. Even with all the storms, they were willing to fit me in, the same day I called. I wasn't in desperate need, so scheduled for the following week. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. I feel confident in the services they provided. I didn't ask them to check the old sump pump, but they messed with it and told me why they thought it was failing, which I appreciated.
Absolutely fantastic! Had a sump pump issue and Reliable was able to come out, diagnose the issue and within a week a new system was installed. Peace of mind and properly running equipment! Scott and another younger guy came out today and were able to resolve our sewer back up problem. The guys were very professional and we are so thankful for them. They are fair priced and will not rip you off. I would definitely recommend them.
