J Kevin Miller Plumbing-Electrical

I called, got a price and agreed on letting them do it. I'm 65+ and didn't want to deal with getting the tanks up and down my stairs. They called and informed me they were coming and asked if I could drain the old tank. I cut an old garden hose and drained it into my floor drain. Be warned! this company doesn't solder your copper pipes. They just cut off the old copper pipe connections and use shark bites with flexible hoses. (You can get these at any diy hardware store) The guy doing the install told me he wasn't a plumber. He said he usually does Kevin's electrical work. Then, he wasn't going to level the new tank till I insisted and got him my leveler. My floor slopes to the drain. You can't leave it leaning. (He wasn't happy about this) When it came time to pay he called Kevin and told me the price was 50 dollars more than the price I was given at first. For what? I guess this is how he up charges senior citizens.

Great experience would 100% recommend Kevin and Austin, they where very knowledgeable about getting my well pump unstuck and out, almost mission impossible but they made it happen, they installed a new pump pipe and electric in snowy cold weather, great price and easy to talk with, answering all my questions and giving me knowledge I can use in the future, thanks again guys great business and will definitely call you with any other pluming work.
