The office staff was very courteous regarding setting up the date and time of the appointment. They called multiple times to keep me informed regarding Luke's arrival time. I like the company's use of technology for photography, communication and billing purposes! Luke (and Peter) were very personable, respectful, and professional from the moment they walked in the door. I had a pump installed in my basement along with many pipes being reconfigured. Luke explained how the pump worked in detail and he asked if I had any questions. They both were careful with cleanliness and cleaned up at the end of the job. It is obvious they both take pride in doing a great job for Wyatt Works. I would recommend Wyatt Works for any of your plumbing needs!

I recently had a plumbing problem that I couldn't handle by myself because it required specialized equipment. I didn't know who to call, but a friend told me about WyattWorks plumbing, he said that they were honest and professional. I called them and in two days Ben came out to take care of it, he was courteous and answered a lot of questions, he gave several options for a fix and I was not "high pressured" at all. Everybody that I talked to at WyattWorks was very helpful. Thanks again Ben!

Am reading reviews about their upselling and ridiculous pricing. I too had the same experience re: pricing. I had three plumbers come out. WyattWorks quoted me a price a full three times higher than the other companies for the exact same thing. Their work may be good, don't know, but that should be the case anyway. They are professionals after all. That does not justify such overpricing however.
