I was partnered with STG Electric via QMerit. At first I was worried that I was being recommended a business about 2 hours away, but I am definitely glad they came through! Brittany did an install of a new 50 amp breaker, NEMA 14-50 outlet/housing, variable current MCB, and even mounted my new EVSE to my Brick siding. She was very courteous during the visit and made sure to ask questions about my preferred setup to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted. Communication before the job was also excellent! I appreciate the quick response and ability to follow up on phone calls to their office! I am very impressed with STG and will be recommending them to friends and family! From start to finish STG Electric was phenomenal to work with! After filling out the online request for more information from Generac, STG (Ashley) reached out immediately to provide me with more information, but also to recommend a sales technician to come to our home to better understand our needs and what we were looking to achieve. We were able to book it immediately. It was nice working with a company who didn't need to call back with their availability! The sales tech (George) came out and was perfectly on time and I immediately knew he was personable. George listened and evaluated as we described to him what we were looking for.
