They installed my sliding glass door and screen door in the rear of my home. The door has trouble locking as well as the sliding screen door. When they removed the molding, there were some spots where it had cracked and they never replaced it. They left nail holes visible and the caulk that they sealed the door with has drips and is poorly done. I called the person who sold us the door to see if we could get a service call to fix the issues. He never attempted to set an appointment up. The salesman just said he would get back to us. A week later, the company called to ask us how the installation went. I explained to them the issues and sent pictures. They said that they would escalate the issue and I would hear back with 24 business hours which never happened. The following Thursday, I called them and told them that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB unless they resolve the issue. They asked that I give them 24-48 hours. I understand mistakes happen, but for the price of the services we had done they should of been more careful when ripping the old roof off and when the gutters were installed. We live in an older home (like most do) and they needed to take more care to ensure the gutters were properly installed given the properties age, they also damaged our central air and didn't give a satisfactory resolution to helping us get it replaced. What they did to it didn't exactly justify them replacing it out right we are aware of that, but they certainly could of listened and been more considerate because the repair considering it would of had to been a custom made part might of been more expensive then just replacing it like we did on our own dime.
