Larry and his partner were AMAZING! They were very thorough with the job and I am so happy with how our windows turned out. After they were done, the cleanup was great including the outside where debris fell. They cleaned up outside and inside to ensure a safe environment. They installed my sliding glass door and screen door in the rear of my home. The door has trouble locking as well as the sliding screen door. When they removed the molding, there were some spots where it had cracked and they never replaced it. They left nail holes visible and the caulk that they sealed the door with has drips and is poorly done. I called the person who sold us the door to see if we could get a service call to fix the issues. He never attempted to set an appointment up. The salesman just said he would get back to us. A week later, the company called to ask us how the installation went. I explained to them the issues and sent pictures. They said that they would escalate the issue and I would hear back with 24 business hours which never happened. The following Thursday, I called them and told them that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB unless they resolve the issue. They asked that I give them 24-48 hours. I still haven’t heard anything. I’m very disappointed i
