We had not had our air conditioners (2 units) serviced in 7 years. (It was too long!) James came early, thank you, and got into our attic safely and flushed the unit and cleaned it in a tight and hot area. He also replaced the capacitor which was no longer running at the power it should. He caught a refrigerant leak and that will be a second appt. as the part needs to be ordered, but the air conditioner has been running constantly with that problem (not cooling down and running efficiently) and he found the leak and that should be fixed once the part comes in. He also cleaned and unclogged one of our units that is by a dryer vent and reminded us we need to run the vent away from the unit as it is dumping lint into the unit and it was clogged and running badly. We realize now that this might have been causing a leak inside as it was so clogged. He did a lot of work and was great to work with and very pleasant. We feel it was a good value and that we will earn the money back spent on ou
