Very professional, very courteous. When they left, you never knew they were here, except for the new equipment. Price was very fair for work they performed! Highly recommend! Services: Heating system installation, Install thermostat, Install AC
New furnace and ac, Thacker did an amazing job and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
I called on a friday for a quote for plumbing and hvac work to an addition we are doing to our home. I sent emailed them blueprints as requested. On the following Tuesday they called to schedule a site visit. They do this during business hours. I called off of work to be home in order to show him through my house. I was told he would be here between 11a.m. And 1. At 1:30 they called to let me know they weren’t registered in Portage County and weren’t interested in my project because of this. They were given my address 3 times. At my initial call, on the blueprints, and when they called me to set up the site visit. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and unimpressive.
