A pipe sprang a leak overhead and drenched our ceiling. After a different plumber left us hanging for a few wet hours, they cancelled on me, and I called A to Z for the first time instead. The people on the phones were very responsive and called me back a few times with updates about scheduling and arriving. Tyler N. arrived on scene and gave us a diagnosis of the situation, briefed us upfront about the costs, and even checked with us so we understood that he'd need to cut through the wet ceiling to do his work. Tyler worked quickly and left a clean work area, and the ceiling area is now drying well and will be ready for repair soon. Thanks for being so responsive and reliable, A to Z!

Justin S. reviewed my problem and gave me 2 options for repair discussing the pros for each. I chose one and he promptly repaired the leak. He was a very pleasant young man and very professional/knowledgeable. He also reviewed the A to Z Home Warranty program with me which I took out. It saved me $100 off the repair bill, which was very reasonable on its own. A to Z offers other services that I will be using if needed.
