Shawn and Jeremy came out and fixed our leak in the bathroom room upstairs. They did a fantastic job. They were very courteous and respectfull! I would recommend A to Z to anyone that wants it done right. They're well worth the money!!

Both employees were very professional and respectful. They wore boot and shoe covers to protect carpeted areas in the residence. Our drain issues started about 60 years ago when our house was converted from a septic tank system to the city sewer system. At that time a house trap was installed and all waste water had to pass through that trap en-route to the city sewer. This conversion started our drain problems and the introduction of “low-flow” toilets exacerbated the issue. Over time the cast-iron house trap had become smaller due to rust. This increased our drain problem to the point we needed professional help. We called A to Z Dependable Services to get an estimate to correct our drain problems. Their office staff was a joy to work with. They were knowledgeable and had us on the schedule in no time.
