They have done a ton of work for us — new AC install, moving duct work, moving our dryer vent, etc — and I have never had any issues! With our last project (replacing our 30+ year old AC), they managed to squeeze us in on a Saturday so we’d have everything set before summer rolled in. Thanks to Kramer’s work — and some extra insulation — our house is literally cooler than it’s ever been AND our electric bill is down! Very trustworthy, and prices are always reasonable.

Nice people, but prepare to pay way more than you need to. We called him back for a second job. For God's sake, my wife's Family grew up with him....not that we expected to get a discount, everyone's entitled to make money....but we didn't expect to be robbed. The problem was a wet switch. it took 10 minutes to wire. HE charged 80 bucks for the job. I can handle that...they came the same day. Then he said it was 100.00 for the switch. I asked 2x about the cost, and he said " there is a nominal mark up for the gas"....which I would think was covered in the 80.00. So 180.00 for this repair. I looked up the switch....it's 48.25 at Home Depot. He doubled the price. Unreal. UPDATE - It's the very next afternoon. The AC stopped working. Come to find out, as I examined it myself, the filter is full. The unit froze up and as the ice melted, the brand new sensor shut the system off ( juts like the first one did that they charged me double price on). So the sensor wasn't broke at all. The tech d

Several members of my family and I have been using Kramer & Sons for years. I don't have heating and cooling issues too often, but when I do they call me right back and come out as quickly as they can. I feel comfortable with using them never feel taken advantage of re: issues that need fixed and/or costs. They are friendly, trust-worthy and reliable. Highly recommend!
