Brandon very knowledgeable, great personality. Even offered to help my wife with groceries as she arrived home as he arrived on-site. Quick diagnosis and repair fix. Provided recommendations for additional work with a nice sales approach. Service: HVAC system repair
I'm very satisfied with Brandon, but the entire process at Forquer has put in place from call to tech was seemless. I called and they sent Brandon the following day, he has a lot of knowledge for what the issue was and professionally went over my options (including the service plan) which I recommend as well it's a very fair package. I have done enough business now with Forquer, I'm going to be updating soon and will work with them to find the proper package that fits my budget. A PLUS
Forquer is just awesome. Everyone that I’ve met is super friendly, attentive and helpful! I use the monthly auto-pay option for $15.99 for them to come out twice a year and tune up plus only a $49.00 diagnostics charge if you’re not optimally running. These guys are great.
