The tech was very polite, had a positive attitude, and did a nice job unplugging a clog in the main sewer pipe. He was fast but thorough in some cruddy conditions. Thanks! Update: Ran into a little snag several days later. Another tech came out. He was also polite, had a positive attitude, and fixed the problem. Since it was a continuation of the first, there was no charge. Great job, Thanks again!
