Have used them for many years. Had a tankless water heater installed and Troy, the owner, scheduled a visit two weeks later to make sure things are working correctly and if we had any questions.

In December during the coldest week of the year my furnace decided to start acting up! I reached out to several HVAC companies for estimates. I had several scheduled appointments but many never showed up or called to cancel! I called and had an appointment with Mauder Heating and air on December 20, 2022. Troy came out and gave an estimate and said that they could install the furnance within two days. So on December 22, 2022 the furnace was installed. On February 8, 2023 the air conditioning unit was installed and completed (not that I needed AC in the middle of winter). Troy then came back on February 15, 2023 for a final inspection and the completion of paperwork. I don't think that a 5 star rating is good enough for the professional work and timely results that they performed. If anyone needs photos or has questions please reach out to me!
