Furnace wasn’t working properly; called Ed Emerson & associates and Shawn responded & stated he was with a customer and would head my way as soon as finished. He arrived, was professional, personable and made sure I understood what was going on with my furnace and fixed it. Price was certainly reasonable and I will use his business for maintenance going forward!! Definitely recommend him. Integrity and workmanship matter! Thanks again Shawn. December 23rd and our heat stopped during -8° temperatures at night. Shawn took our call while finishing up another job and was on his way after. He quickly assessed the issue, tested and validated (faulty pressure sensor on 2yr old unit) and had us back up and running within minutes. Highly recommended. Service: Heating system repair
