I recently had Dor Mar replace my hot water tank system with a tankless hot water tank. Can’t say enough good things about The technicians Doug and Ryan who installed it. They were very respectful, professional, and on time during installation. They explained everything about the new system to me as needed and complete d the job ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend this company to others, as well as these two great technicians!
Dave came by to flush my water heater today. He was very professional, polite and informative. He answered all of my questions and suggested a duct cleaning and some services to help my system better perform in the future. I'll be scheduling that duct cleaning soon. Had a great experience with Brad Hutchison who came to check the instillation of my new furnace by DorMar. I mentioned about amount of heat (or low amount of heat) especially to the upper floor of an old house. He explained about the dampers, checked all and found that there were areas where gaps to from ductwork to the registers. He took time to put some new strapping. Result is I have more heat to the rooms in the 24 years living there. Service: HVAC system maintenance
