Mr. García was able to respond and fix our leaking water heater the next day! He noted that the previous installation had a safety issue of the central flue. It was out of position and that the connecting water supply pipes were not properly installed. He was able to properly complete the job through solder, as opposed to using shark bites. The out of position flue was a safety issue, as a possible cause of Carbon monoxide poisoning. The previous installation did not have a pressure tank, and the lack of it may have caused the premature failure of the water heater’s outer walls to leak and to fail. He was able to complete the job, by using tried and true methods while providing a long term solution that will extend the life of the water heater. He was professional, prompt, efficient and affordable! I highly recommend this business to anyone!

Based on reviews and recommendations we decided to give Garcia home maintenance a shot, had to wait a few weeks to get them out (wasn't an emergency) to fix an in wall switch issue as well as a fixture. They were well worth the wait. The guys were great and fun to work with! But more importantly they did great work and had us up and running and we were more than happy with the work that they did. We cannot say enough about them and will refer them to anyone, as well as use them when we need an electrician again.
