Ryan showed up at his designated time slot. He was a very professional young man, clean, conscientious and polite. He diagnosed the issue with my outside AC unit and had it fixed within 30 mins. I have a 45 year old system and he had the correct part. $350.13 later my children are happy and cool again!

Ryan Shidemantle came out to my house, he was actually able to move our appointment up 4 hours from the initial time that was given to me, thus changing my rate from an after hours rate to a regular hours rate. He was very friendly and professional, He diagnosed my air conditioner thinking it was a blown motor and capacitor. He gave me a price of $1000 to fix everything to get my air back on today. I told him to fix it! 10 minutes late he came back into the house to tell him that we had NOT in fact blown the motor only the capacitor and that the price would be much less. (I never would have known one way or the other). The total price was $304.79!!! I will not only use them in the future, but I will recommend them to all of my clients because honesty is the #1 character trait that is hard to find these days!
