They were great a year ago when I replaced my air handler & heat pump. Today was a 1 yr check-up and again the service was excellent. I had an issue with my filters and they made it easier for replacing - resetting my thermostat. Very polite and neat. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Ryan Shidemantle came out to my house, he was actually able to move our appointment up 4 hours from the initial time that was given to me, thus changing my rate from an after hours rate to a regular hours rate. He was very friendly and professional, He diagnosed my air conditioner thinking it was a blown motor and capacitor. He gave me a price of $1000 to fix everything to get my air back on today. I told him to fix it! 10 minutes late he came back into the house to tell him that we had NOT in fact blown the motor only the capacitor and that the price would be much less. (I never would have known one way or the other). The total price was $304.79!!! I will not only use them in the future, but I will recommend them to all of my clients because honesty is the #1 character trait that is hard to find these days!
