Dor-Mar Reynoldsburg Heating and Air Conditioning Service

Last week we had a new furnace and air installed. The technicians were very polite and respectful the entire day they were here. Today Brad came out for an inspection. He helped us out with a hot water tank issue that was not Dormar's responsibility, but he wanted to ensure safety for me and my family. The original work was fine. The install happened on schedule and within the given budget. However, a couple months after the install they were scheduled to do maintenance and they requested that I sign away their liability if anything goes wrong.... On a brand new system that they had just installed themselves. I wish I had a time machine to give my business to someone else instead. In the response, the owner says the install was "a couple years ago" The service was in August of last year. That would be 6 months ago. It's their brand-new install. If it was older or someone else's work I would have a different stance here. However, there is literally no excuse in this situation to expect me to bear the risk of DomMar performing service on a new dormer installation. The primary point remains, though. Any company is responsible for their work and I would expect any company to take responsibility for any issues or damages their work might cause. I will get the system maintained, but it w

Stone did a GREAT job fixing the issue with my furnace. He found the problem with the gas valve on a Thursday 10/28/21 and the following week on Tuesday 11/2/21 he returned to install the New Part. Thanks Stone for the dedication in making sure this customer was taking care of.Thanks also to the fast response from Dormars Part Dept [Chris} to send out my Quote the Following Day, Also Very Friendly and helpful people that answers the phones.
