Right Way Heating & Cooling

I had a new water heater installed from Right Way Heating and Cooling. Brendon and Matt gave me a call to let me know they were coming, and arrived on time. The job was completed in a professional, timely manner. And they cleaned up after the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had parts starting to fail on our old Lennox furnace, just in time for some extremely cold temps moving in later this week. We knew that replacement parts might be an option, but my wife and I agreed that we should try to replace the entire unit if possible, since we can't have it failing when that cold weather actually arrives. Right Way worked FAST! Chris visited us same day we reported the issue to diagnose the problem, Bill was out the next day to give us replacement options, and Brendon, Matt, and Pat were out the following day (today) to square us away with a new furnace. Everyone involved was professional and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured into a particular purchase, and feel like we have exactly what we needed for our home. The install looks great and they left everything nice and tidy. Overall, they're a great value, a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely use Right Way again for future AC and heating needs.
