Right Way Heating & Cooling

I had a new water heater installed from Right Way Heating and Cooling. Brendon and Matt gave me a call to let me know they were coming, and arrived on time. The job was completed in a professional, timely manner. And they cleaned up after the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It was 4th of July weekend and they were willing to send out someone on that Sunday... First off I just want to say if I had double the stars here you earned that and more! I have not had this level of excellent customer service and fair pricing in - well - a very long time. Both gentlemen who came out were friendly, respectful and helpful. The first person ensured we had some respite and implemented a temporary fix - the Second Gentleman was able to readjust based on his findings and we didn't have as big of an issue as we originally thought, saving us hundreds of dollars. I'm not crawling under the house to take a pit of our unit, but both of these men were extremely helpful and ensured we were taken care of. I wouldn't go elsewhere- this is the epitome of an honest company with value and honesty. I highly recommend Right Way - they do things the "right way"!!

When our heat stopped working, I called several HVAC companies and none of them were able to get out until 3 days later. Then I found Right Way and they were able to get me on the schedule for the same day! The service reps I spoke to were very pleasant and nice. We had to wait about 8 hours for our technician (due to an extremely busy schedule), but we were able to get our heat fixed! Our technician was Matt and he was EXCELLENT! Extremely kind, informative, and patient with all of my questions. He walked me through everything and even did a carbon monoxide check! HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be using them again!
