I had a leak under my kitchen sink, and called for an appointment. I was so happy they were able to schedule me in less than 24 hours. Justin Lequay came to evaluate the leak, and was able to fix it on the spot. He called to let me know he was on the way, was professional, courteous and kind. I highly recommend North Ohio Sewer and Drain!!

Mike and his team are fantastic! Mike clearly cares about his customers and meeting their needs. They respond quickly and there was great communication. My plumber Mike was wonderful, as were his apprentices. They were friendly, polite, professional and did a great job - including how they cleaned up everything after each visit to my home. Mike had to make three trips due to the complexity of all the repairs/replacements which was fine with me. The first two visits were at no charge and the final cost was very reasonable! I was kept informed of what was being done and reminders were sent by the company regarding my upcoming appointments. I would highly recommend Mike and North Ohio Sewer & Drain.
