The one thing I can be certain of is that PK Wadsworth will follow through. Being a larger company I'm sure there is going to be variances in the quality of work from time to time. I've seen it. But they have been willing to make it right. I think that matters. Bryce was super professional and personable and sold me on the idea of a new furnace. Sam and Mason are installing it now. Everyone down the chain has been easy to work with, professional, and courteous.

We needed to have a complete HVAC system replaced and the service was prompt and efficient. The technicians, Skip, Olivia and G were knowledgeable, friendly and on time. The service was completed in the time they quoted and they left the area inside and outside very clean. Brad came the next day to check the system and he again was friendly and professional! PK Wadsworth has done a great job with focusing on quality and customer service.

From my initial call to completion the sales rep and technicians were professional and responsive. I was informed when a tech or supervisor was enroute to perform a task. While performing the installation, they took care to keep me informed in the entire process and answered my questions. Would I use this service again? Absolutely. Would I recommend P.K.
