P.K. Wadsworth Heating & Cooling

PK Wadsworth clearly prioritizes good customer service. We’ve had a maintenance contract with them since we moved to Solon about six years ago, and everyone with whom we’ve come into contact has been very friendly and professional. We just moved to a new house with many HVAC issues, and the technician James did a great job of clearly explaining what he found and the options we had in addressing the issues. We trust them to handle our HVAC needs, and we plan to stay with them as long as they’re around. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Jesse from PK serviced the unit this morning ensuring the unit is operating as it should. Arrived on time, very polite, cleaned up after the work and even shut the lights off. Wouldn’t even know he was here. Nice job and appreciate the work you do. Have been using PK for awhile now. Very honest company. Had an issue with an old furnace when we changed over from LP to Natural Gas and out of 4 companies they were the only ones that diagnosed it correctly as the orifice needed to be changed when the other company changed it over. Everyone else including the company that changed it over wanted to sell me a new furnace because of the problems it was having after being changed over. PK gave the honest answer and I was able to keep the old unit running for another 3 years. So if you’re looking for a great company with integrity PK Wadsworth is definitely on top of the list. I have always had a good rapport with Wadsworth . I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob T. He did a wonderful job he checked everything came back and talk to me about it and answered all the questions that I had.
