Matthew went the extra mile to help optimize our AC unit and gave me reliable guidance about options. He cared about his work while being realistic about our vintage (1996) AC unit. P.K. Wadsworth is an excellent HVAC service company. All communication is extremely helpful to include a service call reminder email with the technician’s photo. I opted for the Preferred Service Plan which has many benefits. I have had the Spring and Winter (had this done a few weeks early) maintenance and both technicians have been extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of property.
