Thatcher Heating & Cooling

After having called for several weeks, attempting to get a company recommended by a neighbor, I finally called Thatcher Heating & Cooling. They sent someone within 30 minutes. Fred arrived and got right to work. Fred identified the issue and resolved it within a quick amount of time. He showed me things about our Steam Boiler unit and took the time to educate me. When the invoice came, it was truly fair and reasonably priced for the work. I can’t thank Fred/Thatcher enough! Would certainly use them again. Our finance stopped working on a Friday evening, making for a very chilly night and a pretty cold Saturday. After calling multiple HVAC companies and being told no one could get to us until Monday or being told it would be very costly to get someone out on the weekend, I ran across Thatcher. Fred came out at the exact time that he said he would, on a Saturday afternoon; and he diagnosed and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. He even came back out when I had some questions regarding the furnace. We are very grateful that we found Thatcher Heating and Cooling and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Made an initial assessment and ordered a fan we thought was needed. Came back a few days later when the part arrived. Further troubleshooting upon install discovered and fixed a smaller issue. Returned the fan and billed only for time and service. Fast and honest. Outstanding.
