Thatcher Heating & Cooling

When I needed to replace my old boiler, Thatcher did the job. I was very pleased. Now, several years later, the electronic control is malfunctioning. Two service workers came and diagnosed the problem and assured me they would obtain the part and get the furnace operating properly. It has been a week with NO FOLLOW-UP in spite of numerous calls inquiring about the state of the pending replacement part. I cancelled my plans to travel out-of-town for Thanksgiving lest my pipes freeze and burst while I am gone. I must manually ignite the burners numerous times a day to keep the hose moderately warm. I am very unhappy and disappointed. Service: Heating system repair
