We had a fire on Xmas 2021 Day and Trident (and owners) called me that night and were out the next day to start the process. The cleaning crew worked hard, on a Sunday the day after Xmas mind you, and then the restoration team worked directly with our insurance adjuster to start getting things back to normal. We were out of our house for only 3 months when I truly believe we would had been out for 5+ if not for Trident. The icing on the cake was that my wife painted a height chart on our sons wall in his room so we could keep track each year. They had to redo his entire room but cut the tree out and framed it for us and gave it to us when we moved back in. Truly appreciated!!! Rob Hall

Trident showed up almost immediately after we suffered extreme storm damage on a Saturday afternoon. They assessed the situation and had a massive team arrive to prevent further damage and product loss. The building was secure before the end of the day thanks to their tireless efforts late into the night. They are responsible for our being able to operate normally on Monday morning.
