Brian was great, he was punctual and efficient. I unfortunately interrupt him numerous times due to my crying baby and other child, but he remained professional and patient. He explained everything, answered all my questions, and was honest in what may or may not be the problem (size of leak found). I appreciated his honesty and quick repair job, today my ac is functioning well and my house has cooled significantly. Thank you! Logan, our repair tech, was extremely knowledgeable about our leaking Whirlpool washer, and initially recommended a bearing and tub seal replacement. When that did not completely solve the problem, he came back out, diagnosed, and repaired a related issue at no additional charge. I had them out twice in the last 4 months. Once to repair my dishwasher and the other time to repair my wash machine. When I called they scheduled me for the next day.
