Husband and I went into showroom to purchase knobs for our kitchen cabinets. The salesman was very arrogant, tried to sell me something I did not like or even close to what I was looking at, he became very argumentative. I then asked for the price per knob that I originally went in to look at and he said well you are lucky, someone else just placed an order so you won't have to pay for shipping. I never once indicated I was placing an ordered, I simply asked the price per knob. I then said, you do not stock these, he rudely said no. I told him, I would order them myself. Husband and I walked away. He yelled through the showroom "you won't find them cheaper anywhere else", I turned around and said then that means your price is below $2.00 per knob? He very rudely yelled back "you won't get the same quality". Well Mr Arrogant, I have placed my order with a different company for the exact knob and brand for $1.88 per knob. I also know that, today was my first time coming in your store and
