I have had the worst experience in flooring, not so much with the associates (who are generally friendly and helpful) but with the system for ordering/installation. I purchased Pergo flooring for a simple, rectangular room. Home Depot sent someone out to measure and to order the necessary supplies. I had to wait approximately 3 weeks for the flooring to come in, then another week for the installers to "be in my area". On the day of installation, I found they ordered too much flooring (can't be returned) and forgot to order trim pieces for the door transitions. Had to wait another 3 weeks for the additional pieces to come in, then they called to schedule installation without telling me I had to go pick up the pieces at the store. Another wait for them to be in my area again. On my next installation day, the installer called the night before to say he had been sick and was running behind but should be there between 2pm-3pm the next day. I asked him to make it 3:30, which he said would wo
